Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Retail Analytics Training Specialist to support market intelligence, retail analytics, and training initiatives. This role combines data analysis, competitive research, field support, and presentations to help drive retail strategy and product adoption.

The position is full-time, hybrid with 1–2 days in-office, located near Morrisville/Charlotte, NC or Dalton, GA, with 40–50% travel nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent professional experience in retail and/or flooring industry is required or highly valued.
• Experience creating reports, presentations, and executive summaries (PowerPoint).
• Comfortable presenting and training groups virtually and in-person.
• Analytical skills with Excel (Pivot Tables).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with using AI tools, such as ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and retail store visits.
• Analyze pricing, products, merchandising, and market trends.
• Prepare reports, market summaries, and business presentations.
• Deliver virtual and in-person training to retail partners.
• Support major retail accounts and field initiatives nationwide.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other cross-functional teams.
