Job summary

Purpose Financial, Inc. in Greenville, SC, seeks a Branch Operations Analytics Manager to lead a team of data analysts transforming complex operational data into actionable insights.

You will own KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for executive and branch operations stakeholders. You will guide the team in SQL, Tableau, Sigma-based analyses, data governance, and narrative storytelling to drive strategic decisions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7+ years of proven work experience in data analytics or related field.
• 2+ years of people management experience, including coaching and performance reviews.
• Ability to develop analytics strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience leading multi-project initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of KPIs, dashboards, and reports for Branch Operations.
• Manage a team of Branch Operations Data Analysts, coaching and developing staff.
• Translate business priorities into analytical roadmaps and actionable insights.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and validation across analytics deliverables.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, Finance and senior leadership on reporting needs.
