Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Branch Administrator to coordinate and manage all branch admin functions. You will supervise support staff, oversee billing and records, and interface with customers.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of field services management experience, with strong communication and organizational skills. Travel may be required. Benefits start Day 1 for FT colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day branch administrative duties including customer experience, billing, invoicing.
• Maintain inventories with the warehouse manager.
• Oversee payroll, PO creation, and bill processing.
• Provide coaching and development for colleagues.
• Lead projects, run meetings, manage risks and schedules.
