Job summary

AnnieMac Home Mortgage is seeking a Full Time Originating Branch Manager to supervise the branch and originate loans in Las Vegas. This role combines leadership with hands-on loan origination under the National Director of Branch Development.

Responsibilities include recruiting and motivating MLOs, training staff, monitoring loan quality and policy compliance, managing the loan process from application to closing, and building client relationships with Realtors and developers.

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage lending and loan origination processes.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities for a branch team.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise branch operations and drive production goals.
• Recruit and mentor MLOs; motivate branch staff.
• Train staff on loan processes and company standards.
• Monitor loan quality and ensure compliance with policies.
