AnnieMac Home Mortgage is seeking a Full-time External Branch Manager to lead external sales efforts, establish a branch presence, and recruit loan originators. The role focuses on building a robust referral network with real estate professionals and other partners to sustain loan volume.

Responsibilities include recruiting for a new branch, nurturing relationships, attending closings/open houses, and guiding borrowers through the underwriting and closing process, while ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with real estate professionals.
• Strong sales mindset and self-starting work ethic.
• Knowledge of pricing/underwriting guidelines for mortgage products is preferred.
• Must be licensed or certificated as required by state laws.

Responsabilités

• Sell mortgage loans to customers outside AnnieMac Home Mortgage branches.
• Recruit Loan Originators and establish a branch location.
• Develop relationships with realtors, title/escrow officers, CPAs, and other referral partners.
• Attend closings, open houses, and lead-generating events; pre-qualify borrowers.
• Explain loan products, disclosures, and credit implications to borrowers; collect documents for underwriting.
