AnnieMac Home Mortgage seeks a Full-time External Branch Manager to lead an outside sales-driven branch and establish referralSource relationships for steady loan volume. You will recruit loan originators and identify a branch location in collaboration with corporate leadership.

• Must have an appropriate state mortgage license or certificate.
• Ability to recruit loan originators and establish a branch location.
• Experience building relationships with realtors and referral sources.

Responsibilities

• Recruit Loan Originators and establish a branch location.
• Generate new business by building relationships with realtors, agents, title and escrow officers, CPAs, and others.
• Sell mortgage loans away from AnnieMac Home Mortgage’s offices.
• Counsel borrowers on loan products and total cost implications.
• Review HUDs and coordinate with lenders to ensure timely closings.
