Job summary

D.R. Horton is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the loan origination and branch operations, develop builder and realtor relationships, and drive meeting or exceedance of objectives. This role requires supervision of staff, strong reporting, and active marketing planning for growth.

Responsibilities include coordinating with executives, maintaining licensing compliance, and guiding the team through pipeline management and issue resolution. Overnight travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Eight to ten years of related experience and/or training.
• At least one year of experience as a Branch Sales Manager, Operations Manager, or Branch Manager.
• Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Must be a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch management, business development, and loan origination.
• Manage relationships with customers and clients to meet objectives.
• Lead the branch to meet or exceed company targets.
• Develop relationships with homebuilders, realtors, and sales staff.
• Monitor loan pipelines and communicate issues promptly to stakeholders.
• Develop and execute annual branch marketing plans.
• Coordinate meetings with builders and loan originators.
• Ensure compliance with licensing policy requirements and company procedures.
• Travel overnight as required.
