Job summary

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 2 years’ MSR II or equivalent experience including cash-handling and customer service.
• Experience in teamwork and collaboration; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure workstations are ready at start of business day.
• Balance daily transactions and control cash and negotiable items.
• Train new MSRs and provide performance feedback to management.
• Lead staff meetings and coordinate with Branch Manager on staffing and goals.
• Explain services to members to generate additional business and maintain regulatory compliance.
