Job summary

Self-Help is seeking a Member Service Supervisor for the Little Village, IL team. The role requires leading MSRs, ensuring cash handling integrity, and coaching staff to deliver excellent member service in a community-focused credit union environment.

You will oversee cash operations, ATM tasks, and daily reconciliations while supporting branch performance and safety compliance. Fluency in English/Spanish is a plus and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years' MSR II or equivalent experience including cash-handling and customer service.
• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Experience supervising MSR staff and working in teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure workstations are organized and prepared for the business day.
• Assist in staffing the operations line and maintain proper coverage.
• Provide guidance to MSRs on complex transactions.
• Balance daily transactions and balance General Ledgers.
• Process currency shipments and secure negotiable items.
• Train new MSRs and provide performance feedback.
• Promote products and service skills to MSRs.
• Participate in staff meetings and training updates.
