Qualifications

• Knowledge of deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent member service and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Knowledge of deposit and loan products and electronic delivery channels.
• Open and service deposit and loan accounts.
• Drive sales through service and cross-sell products and services.
• Process transactions accurately and balance cash and records.
• Refer members to internal business partners for services.
