You must have a high school diploma, banking experience, and experience opening personal accounts. The role requires reliable transportation and strong verbal communication.

• Bank/Credit Union experience with opening personal accounts.
• Willing to travel to other locations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Empathizes with members and provides solutions to acquire and use NASA FCU products.
• Identifies member needs to provide suitable products and financial security.
• Responds to inquiries about accounts, rates, and loan applications.
• Processes deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, checks and direct deposits.
• Handles complex member situations such as deceased member and guardianships.
• Handles consumer loan applications and disbursements.
• Advises members on available insurance protection options.
• May be reassigned to other branches or Call Center to meet needs.
• May support other areas in the Credit Union and Call Center queues.
