Responsibilities

• Empathizes with members and provides solutions to help them use NASA FCU products and services.
• Identifies member needs to tailor products meeting their financial goals.
• Responds to inquiries about accounts, rates, and loan applications.
• Processes deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and other transactions.
• Handles complex member situations (deceased member, guardianships, representative payee).
• Advises on available insurance products (life, disability, gap).
• Supports Call Center and other branches as needed.
