Job summary

Educators Credit Union Inc is seeking a Member Finance Representative at the Mukwonago Branch to educate members on accounts, assist with loan applications, and guide them toward financial goals. You will maintain accurate records, process transactions, and handle related duties in a branch setting.

The role requires high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication, and teamwork. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus; mandatory Saturdays are required.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy working with people and have good communication skills.
• Able to educate and advise members and work as part of a team.
• Accurate and able to operate computers and related office equipment.
• Stand/walk as required and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assists members with opening and closing accounts and resolves problems within authority.
• Interview members, receive loan applications and process new loans.
• Educate and advise members to meet their financial goals.
• Maintain records and required reports in the computer system.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
