Job summary

Educators Credit Union is seeking a Branch Clerical professional in Milwaukee, WI. You will provide member service, process financial transactions, and help educate members about credit union products and services.

The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent, a professional attitude, and availability on Saturdays. Strong computer skills and bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be available to work Saturdays.
• Professional and enthusiastic attitude and a desire to help people.
• Accuracy and ability to operate computers and related office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional service experience to members while assisting with financial transactions.
• Follow core values in all actions with members and coworkers.
• Receive and process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers.
• Welcome members and advise on services; direct to appropriate departments.
• Post transactions and maintain member records.
• Balance cash drawer and daily transactions.
• Perform typing, filing, computer input, and telephone duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
