Aufgaben

• Assists members with opening and closing accounts, answers questions about products and services and resolves problems.
• Interview members, receive loan applications and process new loans.
• Educate and advise members to make educated decisions about their accounts, to ensure our members are meeting their financial goals.
• Maintains accurate records and current member information in the computer system.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
