Job summary

Del Norte Credit Union is seeking a BXP Specialist to deliver professional, friendly service while processing deposits, loan payments, and other transactions. The role emphasizes cash handling, education of members about products, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

The position supports a Northern Region service model with ongoing collaboration in a team environment and commitment to member satisfaction across branches.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of related experience; strong cash handling and customer service.
• Level II: one to three years of related experience; two years teller experience; multitasking, attention to detail, cross-selling, problem resolution.
• High school education or GED.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with financial needs professionally and courteously.
• Process deposits, loan payments, cashier’s checks, and gift/travel card issuance; balance operating cash daily.
• Greet members and direct them to the appropriate area; promote education on credit union products.
• Support compliance with regulations and participate in annual mandatory training.
• Work in a team to contribute to branch success and service excellence.
