Job summary

Northwest Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative in Herndon, VA to assist members with transactions and advisory needs. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing while identifying opportunities to recommend Credit Union products.

Responsibilities include maintaining policy documentation, meeting sales targets, and ensuring adherence to BSA/regulatory requirements while delivering outstanding member experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service with cash handling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet sales goals while delivering excellent member experiences.

Responsibilities

• Process member financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Identify member financial needs and suggest NWFCU solutions.
• Maintain department policy and procedure documentation.
• Achieve assigned sales goals by proactively identifying opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with BSA and credit union regulations.
• Provide exceptional member experiences and resolve escalated requests.
