Zusammenfassung

Mid Minnesota Federal Credit Union seeks a Member Service Specialist to deliver outstanding service and promote credit union products to members in Alexandria, VA. You will handle teller transactions, open/close accounts, and support loan and deposit growth while upholding integrity and community values.

You will explain products, identify sales opportunities, balance cash, and assist with safe deposit operations.

Qualifikationen

High school diploma or equivalent; two years related experience preferred.
Knowledge of teller functions and general ledger accounts.
Familiarity with credit union products and services.
Understanding of safety and security procedures for branches.
Experience with in-house computer systems is beneficial.

Aufgaben

Process member transactions including opening/closing accounts; balance accounts and process direct deposits.
Explain credit union products and services to members.
Identify sales opportunities and support loan/deposit growth.
Open/close safe deposit boxes and manage keys and access.
Interview applicants for credit information and assist with loan processing.
Balance cash drawers and assist in daily deposits and cash handling.
