Job summary

American Heritage Credit Union in Philadelphia is seeking a Part-Time Member Experience Advisor at the Bridge Street branch to deliver premier service. You will assist members with account tasks, loans, and referrals using a consultative approach to meet financial needs.

This role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma or GED, and availability for mornings, evenings, weekdays and Saturdays; FICEP certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of similar or related experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Part-Time position averaging 27 hours per week.
• Must be available for morning, evening, Weekday & Saturday hours.
• FICEP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process account-related requests including opening basic consumer accounts and file maintenance (e.g., address changes, name changes, adding/removing signers/owners).
• Process basic consumer loan-related requests including submitting applications, booking, disbursing, and file maintenance (e.g., modification of agreements, Skip-A-Pay).
• Utilize sales tracking systems and data tools to analyze member engagement and offer solutions.
• Connect members to SMEs via SmartOffice/VANA technology for specialized financial needs.
