Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience with a financial institution or similar customer service role.
• General math proficiency to balance cash drawer and reconcile accounts.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and provide excellent member service.
• Identify ways to improve members' financial life.
• Advise members about Suncoast products to meet needs.
• Answer members' questions and resolve issues.
• Process teller transactions and balance cash drawer.
• Verify deposits, withdrawals, and account balances.
