Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience with a financial institution or similar customer service role.
• General math proficiency to balance cash drawer and reconcile accounts.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members to the credit union branch providing excellent member service throughout interactions.
• Identify ways to improve members’ financial life.
• Present and advise members about Suncoast Credit Union products and services to meet needs.
• Provide answers to members’ questions.
• Balance cash drawer at end of day and conduct teller transactions as listed.
• Verify deposits, withdrawals, and balances; enforce policies and procedures.
