• Ability to multitask multiple projects at once and pay attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manages Referral Partner Relationships and places calls to partners with regular follow-ups.
• Plans and coordinates marketing activities, events and social media updates.
• Obtains approval from VP of Marketing for social media posts and updates; manages CRM data.
• Sets up appointments and tracks client communication; maintains lead tracker.
• Executes email blasts and internal communications; supports loan closings with client follow-up.
• Performs ad hoc tasks (forms, spreadsheets, prospecting tasks) as needed by Branch Manager.
