Job summary

AnnieMac Home Mortgage is seeking a Full Time Branch Marketing Assistant to support the Branch Manager by handling referrals, events, and communications. The role involves social media management, CRM use, and coordination of client appreciation efforts to drive referral activity and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be organized, possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced mortgage environment. College degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Place calls to referral partners and follow up regularly.
• Plan and coordinate events and social media postings.
• Manage CRM data and email blasts for internal teams and partners.
• Assist with client gifts, birthday program, and gratitude initiatives.
• Support marketing material creation and routine administrative tasks.
• Back up manager with emails when requested.
