Qualifications

• No Degree
• 5+ years of related experience, and at least 2 years of previous supervisory experience
• Experience with branch banking and consumer/business sales

Responsibilities

• Plans and executes a branded sales process to hit targets and loyalty goals.
• Drives branch revenue through acquisition and wallet share growth in consumer and business banking.
• Leads and coaches a diverse team and ensures compliant risk management.
• Delivers an Omni-channel client experience and solves problems to simplify banking for customers.
• Manages talent onboarding, development, and performance at the branch level.
