Job summary

Zions Bancorporation's National Bank of Arizona division is seeking an experienced Branch Manager for the Florence, AZ location. You will lead sales and service programs, develop business relationships, and drive branch performance in a collaborative, community-focused environment.

Ideal candidates bring local Florence area knowledge, a track record in retail banking, and the ability to train staff, manage schedules, and travel to nearby branches as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree and 3 years in management or related banking experience preferred.
• Proven track record in business development and retail banking sales.
• Local to Florence or nearby AZ communities preferred.
• Knowledge of bank products, services, and operations; ability to work flexible schedule; travel to surrounding branches.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement external and internal sales and service programs to achieve branch goals.
• Create a vital sales and service environment; foster teamwork with partners and other departments.
• Develop branch staff, expand customer relationships, achieve sales goals, and exceed service expectations.
• Ensure overall branch performance and results.
