Responsibilities include payroll oversight, budgeting, goal setting, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements; you will play a key role in growth and customer loyalty within Bergey's network.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and develop a service team.
• Experience with payroll, budgeting, and staff development.
• Valid driver’s license and compliance with pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the service department to achieve efficiency and profitability.
• Hire, train, and mentor staff; manage performance reviews.
• Forecast goals/objectives and monitor progress with reporting tools.
• Oversee payroll changes, budgeting, and cost controls.
• Maintain service records and ensure compliance with warranties and policies.
• Conduct monthly department meetings and safety briefings.
• Develop and implement plans to grow service business and customer retention.
