Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States, Virginia region, to lead a high-performance team and grow a pest-management business. You will be responsible for revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and community involvement, with extensive training and a career path within the industry leader.

You will manage operations, drive sales, and mentor staff while maintaining a strong focus on safety, compliance, and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.
