You will oversee training, implement process improvements, and recruit talent to build a top-performing service and sales team in a dynamic pest management business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leadership experience in sales or operations
• Valid Driver’s License
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Focus on winning and persistence to meet objectives

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of a branch upon completion of training
• Provide leadership and strategic focus through motivation and accountability of sales and service teams
