Orkin is seeking a Branch Manager in Virginia to lead a high-performance team and drive growth. After completing training, you will oversee daily branch operations, motivate both sales and service staff, and focus on customer retention and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leadership experience in sales or operations.
• Valid Driver’s License
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Focus on winning and driven to be the best
• Persistence in conquering objectives
• Relocation ability preferred (Midwest/branch area)

Responsabilités

• Lead all aspects of a branch after training.
• Motivate and hold sales and service teams accountable for results.
• Drive customer retention through a motivated team.
• Mentor staff via coaching and training opportunities.
• Manage Profit and Loss and invest in growth strategically.
• Identify operational deficiencies and implement improvement plans.
• Recruit, select and train staff across sales/service groups.
