Job summary

CarHop Auto Sales in Omaha seeks a Manager to oversee a retail location and its staff, aiming to grow profitable sales and eventually manage your own store. You will lead a sales team, drive daily operations, and mentor staff to reach performance goals.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of supervisory experience with strong leadership and communication skills. This role requires weekend availability and travel to other stores as needed; health benefits and 401(k) are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of supervision/management experience.
• Valid driver’s license with driving record acceptable to our insurer.
• High School diploma or equivalent; ability to travel to other stores.

Responsibilities

• Lead yourself and team to support CarHop's vision and mission.
• Set clear sales goals for the team and drive performance.
• Engage and motivate the team to meet targets and expectations.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and day-to-day store activities.
• Manage sales, inventory and warranty for the branch.
• Hire, coach and train staff; conduct weekly trainings and one-on-ones.
• Mentor new staff on standard procedures for performance improvement.
• Ensure branch achieves forecasted goals and objectives.
