Job summary

Quail Construction is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the Arizona/Nevada operations within the Helix Traffic Solutions network. You will oversee daily branch activities, lead a regional team, manage schedules, ensure safety compliance, and drive operational performance while delivering top‑notch traffic control services.

Qualifications

• Current ATSSA - TCS certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to guide, direct, and support team members.
• Excellent customer service and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Willingness to travel and work after hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the branch.
• Supervise, lead, and provide direction to all branch personnel.
• Provide guidance, training and mentorship to ensure employee professional growth.
• Work with management to achieve operational and business objectives.
• Manage employee schedules, timecards, daily reports, and other required documentation.
• Oversee crew scheduling and dispatch to ensure staffing and coverage.
• Coordinate equipment and resources needed to support job requirements.
• Monitor project performance, tickets, and quantities.
• Ensure quality‑control standards are consistently maintained.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members.
• Conduct employee performance reviews and address performance concerns as needed.
• Participate in hiring and disciplinary actions with proper documentation.
