Yeti to Work is seeking a Branch Manager for the Fargo Branch on behalf of a client located in St. Louis, MO. The role oversees daily operations—from showroom to admin—and supervises branch staff to ensure profitability and strong customer service.

You will lead recruitment, training, and morale, coordinate with the Regional Manager and corporate office, and act as a safety leader while upholding company policies. Strong leadership and vendor relations are essential.

Qualifications

Our client is located in St. Louis, MO and they are looking for a Branch Manager to join their team.
The Branch Manager will be responsible for managingand overseeing all daily operations of our FargoBranch. Secondary function is to provide Regional Manager any requested branch specific information to be reported back to the corporate team.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all aspects of profit center (showroom, operations, admin, transfers, etc.)
• Determines the nature of profitable versus non-profitable business through precise and timely decision making
• Works closely with Regional Manager, Credit Manager and Outside Sales team to maintain adequate account base
• Deals directly with corporate office on matters that concern day to day branch functions
• Markets to internal and external customer base through daily customer interactions, manufacturerinformation/incentives and social media
• Identifies training needs for branch staff
• Oversees all branch (not corporate) personnel to assure that they are reaching their full potential.
• Responsible for building and maintaining morale in the branch
• Demonstrates leadership qualities and sets an example for staff
• Communicates regularly with vendors to establish and maintain strong relationships
• Responsible for recruiting and retaining a high-quality branch staff
• Continues to work to improve the skills of existing employees: product knowledge, operating procedures
• Acts as a safety leader for the branch and is responsible for ensuring all employees are properly trained.
• Ensures that all company policies and procedures are followed
• Promptly communicates all vital branch specific information to Regional Manager
• Works with replenishment team to maintain appropriate levels inventory to meet customer’s service expectations
