Job summary

Yeti to Work is seeking a Branch Manager for the Fargo Branch on behalf of a client located in St. Louis, MO. The role oversees daily operations—from showroom to admin—and supervises branch staff to ensure profitability and strong customer service.

You will lead recruitment, training, and morale, coordinate with the Regional Manager and corporate office, and act as a safety leader while upholding company policies. Strong leadership and vendor relations are essential.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• College diploma (BS/BA) preferred.
• Managerial/supervisory experience is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all aspects of profit center (showroom, operations, admin, transfers).
• Determines profitability of activities with timely decision making.
• Leads branch staff development and morale, recruiting and retention.
• Works with Regional Manager and Outside Sales to maintain account base.
• Communicates with vendors and corporate office on branch matters.
• Ensures adherence to company policies and safety procedures.
