Job summary

CBX Solutions, LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead the local branch, drive sales, and maximize profitability in a security integration-focused environment. You will oversee day-to-day operations, coach a multi-team staff, and ensure successful delivery of projects and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of the local branch, drive sales, and maximize profitability.
• Develop relationships with key clients, partners, and industry professionals.
• Coach, mentor, and manage management and sales teams to create a positive work environment.
• Review bids, assist with proposals, and ensure on-time project delivery and cost control.
