The Huntington National Bank is seeking a Branch Manager in Shreveport to lead all facets of sales, service and operations. You will coach the team, drive production goals, deepen customer relationships, and develop business in the market to meet targets and support community growth.

Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of high-value clients, referring to partners, building internal collaborations, overseeing recruitment, and ensuring policy compliance while delivering excellent service

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1 year or more in a goal driven retail sales leadership role.
• Background check with fingerprints per NMLS regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage portfolio of high value consumer and business customers.
• Lead team to provide excellent customer service and meet production goals.
• Refer customers to bank partners to deepen relationships and drive sales.
• Develop internal partnerships to drive business in the market.
• Oversee recruitment and staffing to align with Huntington's culture.
• Ensure branch operations comply with policies and controls.
