Job summary

0101 The Huntington National Bank is recruiting a Branch Manager to oversee all facets of the branch, including sales, service, and operations. You will coach the team, drive budgeted production, recruit staff, refer customers to partners, and deepen relationships within the community.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED plus experience in retail sales leadership; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in a goal-driven retail sales leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high value consumer and business customers.
• Lead team to deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Drive branch sales, service, and operations to meet budgets.
• Develop internal partnerships to drive business in market area.
• Oversee recruiting and staffing to align with Huntington’s culture.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Represent Huntington in the community and participate in the local market.
