Job summary

The Huntington National Bank is seeking a Branch Manager to lead all facets of sales, service and operations at the branch, coach staff, and drive growth in consumer and business banking. You will develop referrals, deepen relationships, and ensure compliance with policies while delivering exceptional customer service in a community-focused environment.

Ideal candidates have branch leadership experience, a Bachelor's degree, and a proven ability to meet production goals through coaching and team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience in goal-driven retail sales leadership.
• Ability to develop and coach a team to achieve branch production goals.
• Familiarity with banking products, services and policies.
