Herc Rentals is seeking a Branch Manager in Wisconsin to lead daily branch operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure top-tier customer service. You will develop a high-performing team, manage safety practices, and optimize fleet and financial performance.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong communication, and scheduling flexibility, with salary in the mid-to-upper range for equipment rental leadership roles and a profit-sharing component.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• College Degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• Grow revenue for the branch and district.
• Meet or exceed the branch business plan.
• Answer and resolve customer questions.
• Manage team effectively and efficiently.
• Implement safety trainings and maintain branch safety plan.
• Oversee fleet management and inventory.
• Manage Profit & Loss reporting and operational reviews.
• Generate, process, and review daily business reports.
• Support all team members and conduct branch audits.
