Job summary

Texas First Rentals seeks a Branch Manager to direct all activities of the Waco store, drive profitability, and lead a team to deliver Legendary Customer Service. You will manage fleet levels, safety programs, and budgeting while coordinating with district leadership to achieve targets.

The role requires strong leadership, budgetary discipline, and hands-on management of rentals, operations, and staff development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years in business/operational management with progressive responsibilities.
• 3–5 years of retail or store management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, evaluate, and influence productivity and teamwork to ensure Legendary Customer Service (LCS).
• Lead branch operations and personnel management.
• Drive sales, marketing initiatives, market share, and customer retention.
• Establish and enforce safety standards and compliance with regulations.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate all rental equipment operations at the branch.
