Qualifications

• Proven track record in business development and retail banking sales.
• Local Phoenix area candidate preferred with knowledge of surrounding communities.
• Understanding of bank products and services and working with diverse customers.
• Flexible schedule and ability to travel to surrounding branches as needed.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

• Create a vital sales and service environment fostering teamwork with partners and other corporate departments.
