Woodforest National Bank is seeking a Branch Manager in the Bedford area to lead branch operations with an ownership mindset. You will drive sales, deposits, and customer relationships while upholding integrity and compliance.

The role emphasizes community involvement, coaching staff, and delivering the Woodforest Experience in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee daily branch activities, ensure operational excellence, and nurture partnerships with local businesses and development managers

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive banking, sales, or customer service experience with 1 year of leadership.
• Or a bachelor’s degree with 3 years of progressive banking, sales, or customer service experience.
• Successful completion of MIT program with applied experience also accepted.

Responsabilités

• Operate the branch as a business owner, driving performance and growth.
• Lead sales goals, deposit growth, and wealth-management referrals.
