Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, sales, or service.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence and growth by developing new business and optimizing service.
• Set the bar for service with quality, reliability, and responsiveness.
• Lead Route Service and Office Administration toward shared goals.
• Partner with the plant to keep production and service aligned.
• Own financial performance with revenue, costs, and budgets.
