Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, sales or service environments.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant UniFirst experience may substitute.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet DOT physical qualifications.
• Ability to read and apply financial statements to decision-making.
• Proficient in writing reports, business correspondence, and presenting to teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and profitability by developing new business, retaining customers, and optimizing service across locations.
• Set the bar for service with consistent quality, reliability, and responsiveness to strengthen loyalty.
• Lead Route Service and Office Administration, ensuring alignment and productivity.
• Partner with the plant to keep production and service connected for on-time solutions.
• Own financial performance: manage revenue, costs, margins, and budgets with discipline.
• Keep operations running smoothly with clear processes and strong accountability.
• Hire, train, and develop talent while fostering a culture of growth.
