• College degree (Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Distribution, or related field) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing branch profit and loss accountability.
• Hiring associates and monitoring their performance.
• Maintaining inventory and conducting audits.
• Setting and monitoring pricing to ensure acceptable margins.
• Overseeing outside and inside sales teams and driving sales growth.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction, service levels, and timely deliveries.
• Scheduling associates and managing overtime.
• Ensuring compliance with safety policies and DOT requirements.
