Northrop Grumman Federal Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our Maryland and Virginia branches. You will oversee member service, sales activities, branch operations, and regulatory compliance while building a high-performing team.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's Degree or CU management program, at least 3 years of branch management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to travel to Virginia branches twice a month.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or CU management program or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of Branch Management experience, preferably with a credit union or financial institution.
• Strong leadership, written and verbal communication skills; problem-solving and analytic capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead branch operations across Maryland and Virginia.
• Oversee member service and sales activities, including business development.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and staff performance; plan, direct and coordinate operations.
