Job summary

You will be responsible for directing branch activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing growth strategies to enhance service quality and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or CU management program or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of Branch Management experience.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, plus written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Willing to travel to Virginia branches twice a month.

Responsibilities

• Lead member service and sales activities, including business development and branch operations.
• Oversee regulatory compliance across Maryland and Virginia branches.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow branch service and sales levels.
