Job summary

Triple-S Steel Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager in Dallas to lead safety, HR evaluations, sales growth and profitability. You will collaborate with Sales, Purchasing and Finance to hit targets for sales, gross profit, and inventory accuracy while upholding our culture and policies.

The role emphasizes a strong safety focus, customer relationship management, and financial stewardship, including capex and budgeting aligned with corporate guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Distribution, or Operations Management.
• MBA is a plus.
• Financial management and budgeting skills are required.
• Three years of Sales Management Experience, preferably in Metals Distribution.
• Two years of Operations/Operations Management Experience, preferably in Metals Distribution.
• Working Knowledge of Non-Ferrous Metals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safety of all employees - coordinates with Corporate Safety and Operations.
• HR and performance evaluations - ensure fair appraisals and goal setting with HR policy compliance.
• Sales - visit top customers to address issues.
• Quality - ensure plant/equipment are clean and maintained; coordinate with VP of quality.
• Productivity - measure performance with metrics (financials, pick count, OT, etc.).
• P&L - manage branch profitability and asset efficiency.
• Inventory - forecast and manage inventory levels; coordinate purchasing.
• Expense management - align with annual plan and corporate budgets.
