Qualifications

• Minimum 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree
• Progressively responsible management experience within retail or financial institution
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• Ability to write simple correspondence
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to Members and other Team Members at the organization

Responsibilities

• Lead a team that delivers an exceptional Member experience.
• Drive growth by meeting or exceeding branch targets (loan production, deposits, referrals, new accounts).
• Develop a high-performing team through coaching and mentoring.
• Implement sales and promotional programs to achieve goals and maintain quality standards.
• Maintain operational efficiency, compliance and service quality at the branch.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to meet business development goals.
• Provide timely reports on branch performance and growth activities.
