Job summary

Burwell Material Handling, LLC is seeking a Branch Manager to own the branch, lead a high-performing team, drive sales, and grow market share in material handling equipment. You will manage a full P&L and oversee operations, service, rentals, and parts to maximize profitability.

Lead the sales team to grow accounts in forklifts, warehouse automation, dock equipment, and overhead cranes. Build strong customer relationships, monitor KPIs, and foster a safety‑driven culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of branch management, sales leadership, or operations management in industrial services or heavy equipment.
• Proven ability to grow revenue, expand customers, and improve operational efficiency.
• Experience leading cross-functional branch teams and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a branch growth strategy to drive sales and service performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing branch team across departments.
• Manage branch operations with full P&L responsibility.
• Lead sales teams to grow accounts in forklifts, warehouse automation, dock equipment, and cranes.
