Qualifications

• Three+ years of experience in Consumer Lending or Financial Services.
• Two+ years of supervisory experience or completion of a lending training program.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Administration, Economics; or military rank.
• Reliable transportation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to learn financial software.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve loan applications using product knowledge.
• Retain and manage existing accounts to meet branch targets.
• Coach staff to improve performance and reduce turnover.
• Prepare reports on branch activity and growth.
• Develop business by networking with local retailers and auto dealers.
• Approve policy exceptions as needed.
• Monitor expenses against the annual plan.
• Investigate customer and employee inquiries promptly.
• Participate in interviews and hiring recommendations.
• Participate in meetings and professional development.
